Builder oversights are common — and they're your problem once you close. We inspect new construction before your final walkthrough to catch defects, code issues, and incomplete work while the builder is still responsible.

Radon Testing
Wisconsin has elevated radon levels. Test before you close.
Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the US, and Wisconsin homes are at elevated risk. We place a certified test device and provide lab-analyzed results. If levels are high, you can negotiate mitigation before closing.

Re-Inspection
Verify repairs were done — and done right.
After the seller makes agreed-upon repairs, we return to verify the work was completed properly. Don't take their word for it.
